Child Safety Standards
Uram (developer: New Orange Tech) has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page describes the standards we apply across our app.
Our commitment
- We strictly prohibit CSAE/CSAM and any content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors.
- We prohibit grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any predatory behavior toward children.
- Accounts that violate these standards are removed and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
How users can report
Every video and comment in the app can be reported. Users can also block other users. To report:
- In the app, open the video or comment menu and tap Report; or block the user from their profile.
- Email us at e.bathuyg@gmail.com with details.
How we respond
- Reports are reviewed promptly and violating content is removed.
- We take action on offending accounts, including suspension or permanent ban.
- We comply with applicable child-safety laws and report CSAM to the appropriate national and regional authorities (e.g. NCMEC and local law enforcement) as required.

Uram нь хүүхдийн бэлгийн мөлжлөг, хүчирхийлэл (CSAE) болон холбогдох контент (CSAM)-д огт хүлцэл үзүүлдэггүй.
- Хүүхдийг бэлгэнд татсан, аюулд учруулсан, мөлжсөн аливаа контентыг хатуу хориглоно.
- Хэрэглэгчид аливаа бичлэг, сэтгэгдлийг Мэдэгдэх (Report) товчоор мэдэгдэх, хэрэглэгчийг блоклох боломжтой.
- Зөрчлийг шуурхай хянаж, контентыг устгаж, бүртгэлийг хаах ба шаардлагатай тохиолдолд эрх бүхий байгууллагад мэдэгдэнэ.
